It sits across both the UV and visible light spectrum. It also contributes to symptoms such as eye strain and headaches. Placing an Ocushield blue light filter on your screen blocks up to 99% of blue light in the 300 - 400nm (nanometer) light spectrum range and 40% of blue light in the 400 - 470 nm light spectrum range.
